BOB BILLINGTON, CPCU

In the insurance business for 46 years, Bob recently stepped down as President of The Murray Insurance Agency after having served in that role for over 20 years. Bob is a 1959 graduate of Murray State University.  In 1971, Bob attained the CPCU designation from The American Institute for Property and Liability Underwriters.  CPCU stands for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and is recognized as the premier professional designation of the property and casualty insurance industry.
 
Bob is licensed for Property and Casualty Lines of Insurance.  Bob's primary focus is Commercial Insurance and Bonds.

Bob has been involved in our community throughout the years.  To Bob's credit, he is a past member of the Murray City Council and the Murray-Calloway Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  Bob is currently an active member of The Murray Rotary Club, having served as its local President in 1986-1987.  

Bob and his wife Jeannie are members of First Baptist Church, Murray, Kentucky. Bob has two sons, Robert, Jr. and Jason and a step daughter, Lisa Harris.  His pride and joy are his grandchildren  Courtney Billington, Houston Billington and Will Harris.  When not
overseeing his current accounts, Bob enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports and relaxing at his Kentucky Lake Condo.
